i'm a NW15 i just wondered who would be a NW15 i would have thought it would have been someone who has blonde hair and blue eyes yet i have darkdark brown hair and hazel eyes and i'm a NW15

because you are an NW which means you have (W) warm undertones, its not surprising that you are brunette. Most blondes (like myself) have cool undertones (im a NC27) hense the ';c';
Its hard to tell who would be a NW15 because it really depends, but I;d say brunettes, maybe light skinned latin women or something.
