Avon has this mineral makeup that is great! They have a shade that is called transparent glow and this is the lightest shade you will find anywhere! If you don't need one that light they have 12 different shades so it is easy to find one for your skin. They even have a 100% guarantee so if it doesn't work for you then you can just return it and try a different color!

Heres a link. I hope this helps!Foundation. Changing Shades?? ?
If price isn't an object for you, you could try Face Atelier's Foundation in Zero Minus. It's a product that you can add to your foundation to lighten it a shade. It costs $42, so I think if you're willing to spend that amount of money, you might as well go for a high end makeup brand that will definitely have your color. I'm not sure which brands you've tried, so I'm not sure what brands to suggest, but you could probably try Sephora's wesbite and search for foundations for porcelain skin and maybe you'll find one that works for you. Good luck!
i agree with the first answer and also sally beauty supply just started selling a new line of mineral makeup and i was impressed with their colors. you could try that first. they are about 7.00 for foundation and they will let u try it b4 u buy it.
Theres really a lot you could do. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting cheap and trying out a few different ones. The review site is pretty good at http://www.brandsmakeup.com visit and look around at the reviews.
.
mix your foundation with lotion [about half and half]. It will lighten it up a lot, and it willgo on smoother.
go to a make up store and ask the makeup artist to help you
